Hi, I may need to purchase pro version so happy to do if it does what we need it to.

Our brief has now changed and we need the additional options to at £10 onto each quantity of product.

If I purchase the single unit from the drop down option then go to choose ‘program meter – yes’ then it adds £10 onto that meter purchase. However, the customer would like the £10 to be added to each meter…. so if we buy 10 meters, then £10 must be added 10 times… does that make sense?

Is that possible in either the free or pro plugin? Happy to purchase if it will do this. Was just using for testing purposes and work really well with the tiered pricing plugin that we are using.

    Thanks

    Hi @antfoz

Yes, that makes sense! This can be done with our paid version (cheapest tier is fine).

Note that our paid versions work different than our free version so you will have to re-test compatibility with the tiered pricing plugin you are using. We integrate with our own tiered pricing plugins so there is going to be a solution either way.

Ah ok, I may need to test this quite quickly. I’m working on a test domain at the moment and may not be able to purchase right away as I need to gain authorisation. Would you be able to provide us with a dev version of the pro plugin so we can have a quick test and see how it would work and then purchase if it does everything we need?

We’ve got a number of devs working on the site and integrating with ERP and CRM systems so I can’t change too much at this point so if it works with the current set up that would be helpful.

Thanks so much for your fast response.

    Hi @antfoz

That’s not something we can do, sorry. I hope you can understand we can’t just give our paid version away.

No understand. Thought you may be able to put a limit on it. If I can get agreement I’ll get it purchased and if tiered pricing plays up when we update I’ll be win touch about that too. Just takes time with large companies to seek approval.

    Thanks again

It’s not so easy to limit it as we have no control over what you do with the plugin once you download it. It’s different than a classic SaaS, hence the difficulty in providing a trial/test. But we do have a refund policy that covers you in case it doesn’t work, so in that sense, you have 14 days to test the real thing.
