My site wen’t blank on frontend, got it working by rolling back to older version of Extendify. Here is the error:

Hey there,

Sorry to interrupt, but since this morning after Exntendify update I got a blank page when accessing the plugin, my website is loading more de 3-5 seconds to GET a partner but it fails. If I deactivate Extendify my webpage loads instantly.

This issue was not present on the older version.

I have the version 1.13.3

Hi. That’s actually a separate issue that we just addressed on our servers. Can you give it another try? Apologies for the inconvenience there.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the reply. Tried again, same blank page for Extendify Admin Page and the loading time is the same, increased to 3-5 seconds when logged in to wordpress dashboard.

Thanks for the feedback. That helped. We identified the issue and are working on a fix now. We’ll have to make a plugin release, which should be in an hour or two from now.

I just made a release a few minutes ago. Can you give it anothr try? We were redirecting to the wrong url by mistake, so it ends up blank. Can you first leave the page (just go to the dashboard), and then try it agian?

By the way (and you might already know this), that Extendify page is mainly to explain what the plugin is, but to use the plugin you’d want to create/edit a page, click on Design LIbrary, and the patterns show up there based on a site type you set.

Let me know if you run into any other issues. Appreciate the feedback.

Thanks, Kevin. Just refreshed the dashboard menu and the update is not here yet. After update, I will clear all the cache and check again to see if I encounter the issue. Yes, I know all that 🙂

Hi Kevin. Just installed the update, Extendify page is displayed corectly now and there are no API Calls and no waiting time in website loading.

The issue is now solved! Thanks for your quick help and fix 🙂
