    اخذت سماعه اليوم ولم تقترن بجهازي
    اريد حل
    برغم ان طبقت التعليمات ولم تصدر صوت او تقترن بجهازي

    We have absolutely no affiliation with them, so I don’t know where to find their support.

    I suggest you consult the manual that came with their device, or use your preferred search engine to look for it.
