Vermentino is one of the world-famous vineyards of Toussaint, located near the prominent windmills along the Sansretour River. In 1267, the steward was Malatesta.[1]

The following is considered game canon only and may contradict Andrzej Sapkowski's works.

In 1275, it was being run by Matilda de Vermentino and was going through some hardships. Their biggest rival was Coronata Vineyard, which was run by Liam de Coronata.[2]

Notes[]

  • Depending on how Wine Wars: Belgaard ends, the flags here may change, either reflecting Matilda's colors or hers and Liam's.
  • Unlike other vineyards and their respective estates, Vermentino lacks a signpost and the main estate is simply called "Vermentino" in game, while others have "estate" or "manor" after the name. It's unclear what caused this discrepancy.

Trivia[]

  • Vermentino is a real-life white wine, mostly produced in Northern Italy and East Provence.
