Thurn was a city in the northern part of Maecht, a kingdom and province in the Nilfgaardian Empire.[1]
History[]
In 1265, the city was ransacked and burned to the ground by the Pacifiers from Gemmera, who were suppressing a rebellion by order of Emhyr var Emreis, the Imperator of Nilfgaard.[1]
In July 1267, mercenaries hired from the ruined city travelled to Cintra and took place in the Second Northern War.[1]
