Thumbelina is the tiny girl from Hans Christian Andersen's Danish fairy tale "Tommelise" (English: Thumbelina). Geralt encounters her in the Land of a Thousand Fables, where she lives in her own miniature world.
Sylvia Anna will scold Geralt if he accidentally steps on Thumbelina, killing her.
