Thorstein is a traveling merchant from Skellige who accompanies the player character in The Witcher: Monster Slayer. He appears in every quest, offering help or commenting the events. He is the face of the in-game store, always appearing at the top of the panel, greeting the player when opening the store tab or sharing info about the weather.

Personality[]
Thorstein bears similarities to Dandelion - he becomes a travel companion for the playable character, despite the initial reluctance of the witcher. He is jovial, talkative, often joking and sharing his opinion on various topics. He sometimes shares loot gained during quests with his companion, proving his generosity.
