  • I haven't read the books, but the innkeeper in Murky Waters says that she's dead. Is it true? What really happened to her?
I have not read the last two books yet, since they are not yet translated to languages that i know, but from what i've heard, she dies defending Geralt from the mob that kills him and Ciri whisks both of their corpses (but there's some question as to whether or not they are truly dead) to the mysterious Malus Island. We know Ciri can travel through time and space so we have no idea where (or when!) Malus Island exists. — Game widow 10:26, July 5, 2010 (UTC)
-Oh I see. If she is still alive, this could be a interesting plot twist in the next Witcher games. The amnesic Geralt ,who btw is dating Triss, finally meet her again. Thank you for the info :)
SfinxCZ: The same happened to her, what happened to Geralt. Many characters also told him, he 'died'. She tried to heal him (1st video - Death in Rivia; time: 0:53) and that consumed a lot of her energy (she didn't have much after fighting with that mad crowd). As Triss said, you can die, when you cast too many (~too powerfull) spells. Healing is one of them (remember that short story with Visenna ) - especially healing triple hole in stomach.
Ciri took them both to Avallc'h (island), according to Arthurian legends, island where some knight also relaxed after some wounds. //thanks to Kallelinski from thewitcher board for this information.
If that was death or not is object of many discussions, but they talked to each other, both of them doubt, where they are and they remember what happened (ride on boat). Geralt had bounded wounds..

I changed picture of Yennefer back to cartoon version. Illustration from spanish book has too much text. I hope no one is shocked by cartoon naked version. But since you probably don't have any problem with blood and brutality in this world, you should be OK with beautiful tits ;-)
