Talga Lehlin is ealdorwoman of some stone village near Novigrad introduced in Curse of Crows graphic novel. After Forst Bolin, doppler murderer, killed her daughter and relatives of few others she put contract on his head.
During the plot it turns out Forst was hiding in shape of Jayne, lass from Mulbrydale, and since the witchers Ciri and Geralt discovered this they forced the criminal to take true form before eyes of Talga and than they left him to the justice.
