Striga heart is a special alchemical ingredient in The Witcher that can be obtained if you choose to kill Princess Adda while she is a striga during the main quest Her Highness the Striga in Chapter V. If you choose to try to lift her curse, this item is unobtainable.
Its journal entry can be obtained by reading Curses and the Cursed and it is needed to craft the Striga's Urge potion.
