Shelter Owner

Shelter Owner was a not so rich but very generous man that ran the Shelter in San Sebastian for beggars and homeless people of the district. He cared for them, cooked for them, got them some clothes and a warm place to sleep. He appeared during the ending sequence of the Blood and Wine expansion when Geralt and Regis were looking for evidence on who was supposed to be the fifth victim of Dettlaff van der Eretein.
