Rulle Asper or Aspen was a merchant from Murivel who held a position in the Armorers' Guild of Redania.
Like everyone who lived in the surroundings of the city, Rulle was aware that a monster named Nivellen who lived in a nearby manor, was known to pay a large sum to every man who would've left his daughter to him for one year.
Once Rulle and his daughter arrived to Nivellen's manor however, the monster was already living with another partner named Vereena, thus they were forced to leave. On the way back Rulle and his daughter were unfortunately attacked by Vereena herself, who was revealed to be a powerful Bruxa. Their corpses were ultimately eaten by wolves and crows.
