Rhundurin was a legendary dwarf who ran a forge in Mahakam.
Biography[]
His forge at Mount Carbon was renowned far and wide for splendid sihils made using modern gnomish technologies and rich decorating.[1] It continued production even after his death, maintaining a good reputation.[2]
Legacy[]
Rhundurin's renown led his name to become a part of everyday dwarven idioms such as "By the red beard of old Rhundurin!" or "Ragin' Rhundurin's ruddy beard!", both expressing surprise.[3] The main square in Vergen, a former mining colony of Mahakam, is also named after him.[4]
