Nenneke (Netflix series)

Biography[]

Nenneke greeted Geralt when he returned to the Temple of Melitele with Ciri at his side. She embraced them both and took Ciri into her office, where they discussed her lack of control in regard to her Chaos. When Ciri mentioned the "Daughter of Chaos," Nenneke questioned where she heard that term, as that knowledge had been lost to time, and knowledge like that was usually lost for a reason, she informed Ciri before introducing her to Jarre, one of her best students, who proceeded to take Ciri to the library, to use the Orbuculum for her studies.

After a chance to speak with her, Nenneke explained to Geralt that he was screwed no matter what. Kingdoms would want her for her status. Thousands had been killed in pursuit of her already, not to mention her Elder blood. Nenneke believed that she was a Child of Destiny, and that Geralt and Ciri were a part of one another. Geralt needed to find balance, and then maybe he might stand a chance of helping her.^[1]

Nenneke discovered the bodies of the Michelte brothers in the temple. Geralt apologized for brining death to her temple, as the men were after Ciri, who he needed to find. She offered to tend to Geralt's wounds, but he insisted that she simply portal him to Oxenfurt.^[2]
