Midir was the last king of Pryshia before a coup was staged, killing him and absorbing the kingdom into the Golden Empire.
Biography[]
Like the other two monarchies of Xin'trea and Darwen, the three royal families were caught up in a thousand year war and on the brink of famine. As such, Midir was protected by the Raven Clan, a group of warriors specially trained from birth to be the royal's protectors.
At one point, Midir had also been married but his wife had passed away, opening the stage so that the newly crowned King Alvitir of Xin'trea made an offer: Midir could marry Xin'trea's Princess Merwyn in exchange for peace. Midir accepted and all three royal families and their respective clans arrived in Xin'trea to sign the peace treaty to end the long war. However, they all unknowingly walked into a trap as Merwyn, not wanting to be a footnote in their history, staged a coup, killing off all the clans and monarchies, thus leaving her as the sole ruler of the continent.
