Mask of Uroboros is a quest item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Geralt and Yennefer find it during the main quest The King is Dead – Long Live the King, at which point Yennefer "borrows" is to find out what happened to Ciri in Skellige. During the next main quest, Echoes of the Past, she gives it to Geralt to use at the site of a cataclysm where she suspects Ciri was. Once the mask has been used, it becomes the broken mask of Uroboros.
