The Markee are human horsemen whose culture originates from the Velda delta and is currently prominent in Metinna.
Markee lived a rough life, minding the herds of horses roaming the delta. At some point of the history, most of them settled in Mag Deira plain in Metinna, establishing expansive ranches raising cattle and ponies. Due to their reputation, it is said that the Metinnese are born in the saddle.[1]
