Jean-Louis Ludovic was a magna cum laude graduate from Les Monts-Poilus Cosmetology Institute and was working as a hairdresser in Beauclair in 1275. Sometime after the tournament he went missing and one of his friends, Adrien de Rouleau, asked the witcher to help find him.
If Geralt helps out the bard, they find out that Jean-Louis was kidnapped and attacked by Beau Duvall, a knight who was so unhappy with his haircut that he dared not participate in the tournament and decided to attack the hairdresser in retaliation. Once the knight is dealt with, Jean-Louis returns to his shop and will available to cut and style Geralt's hair.
