Honoratina von Everec was a member of the von Everec family, wife of Kestatis, and had passed on by the 1270s. When Geralt visited the family's crypt, she was one of several family members to appear as a ghost, demanding to know why Geralt wanted to see Vlodimir. She and the rest ended up attacking the witcher after wrongly assuming Geralt had obtained Everec blood by killing the last living member.

- There's a bug where her and Eulalia's ghost models are switched around during the fight, though in the cutscene they're correct.
- Her ghost model is the only von Everec ghost that doesn't match with her actual model (different hat).
