The father of Helena Lange-Haare was a duke of Arcsea who kept himself in power by killing innocents.
In later years of his reign, opposition rose to prominence with his daughter Helena and knight Chalimir of Black Frydland in lead. They deemed him "usurper with stolen throne" and started a civil conflict within the duchy. He, however, lost the war and his daughter was crowned.[1]
