Glutton, or Gubbers,[1] was the name of Nivellen's cat.
Biography[]
When Nivellen was first afflicted with the curse which turned him into a "monster in a monster's skin", no one, including Nivellen, knew what was happening and Glutton ran away from the beast that had replaced her master when he attacked his staff. A family parrot also simply died of fright at the sight of the transformed youth. Luckily for Nivellen, Glutton came back to his manor and for a time was his only companion.[2]
