Giacomo Vitti was a mage from Cintra who, sometime prior to the Second Nilfgaard War, had grown obsessed with trying to summon a fire genie, even though his residence was in the middle of the city. Since the townsfolk feared his experiments, he was later forced to move somewhere where he would be more isolated.[1]
