Merchant (The Clever Clogs Tavern)

This Merchant works at the The Clever Clogs Tavern in Lassommoir. Despite sitting behind the bar though, he isn't an innkeep and has a more generic inventory, but a lot of gold.

His presence isn't affected by the outcome of Father Knows Worst, and will stand alongside Hugo Monnart if he returns to the tavern.
