Ernest von Everec was a member of the von Everec family and had passed on by the 1270s. When Geralt visited the family's crypt, he was one of several family members to appear as a ghost, demanding to know why Geralt wanted to see Vlodimir. He and the rest ended up attacking the witcher after wrongly assuming Geralt had obtained Everec blood by killing the last living member.

- There's a bug where his and Kestatis' ghost models are switched around during the fight, making it all the more strange when he appears to address himself in the cutscene beforehand.
- In the game files he's labeled as Olgierd's uncle, but nothing in game indicates this.
