Electoral College

The Council of Electors is a convention of significant people, high ranking priests presumably among them, who choose hierarchs of Novigrad during their sessions.^[1] The Free City also has a square near the Great Temple of the Eternal Fire named to honor a group of reformist electors who are credited with the city's rapid growth.^[2]
