Ealdorman of Downwarren's ear is a quest item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This item normally can't be seen in the inventory as, soon as it's acquired, the next cutscene takes place and the item gets removed during it.
It is a left human ear that belongs to the ealdorman of Downwarren, before he cuts it off in tribute to the Crones. Geralt then delivers the ear to The Orphans of Crookback Bog where he places it on an offering stone. Once the Crones appear in their true form, Whispess takes the offering and threads it onto her necklace of ears.
