This unnamed woman was a Skelliger of high birth from Clan Tuirseach and the mother of Crach an Craite. She grew up with two older brothers, Kings Bran and Eist Tuirseach, both notorious for their cunning and bravery. At one point in her life, she married into Clan an Craite and had a single son whose tutelage she entrusted to Eist.[1]
