Citadel is a prison within Nilfgaard, the capital city of the Nilfgaardian Empire. The prisoners are then judged in The High Tribunal of the Eternal Empire. Following his failure in the capture of Ciri in Cintra, Cahir was incarcerated in the Citadel. Later, Stefan Skellen, Dacre Silifant, the Scarra sisters, Kohut and Joanna Selborne were all imprisoned and awaiting trial there after the end of the Second Northern War.[1][2]
