This contains templates that are generally to help mark off pages in some manner for viewer or editor purposes.
Important: note that for mobile, assigning a template as "notice" means it won't appear for mobile skin. For now, all typical notice templates have been re-assigned to "Design" so it'll appear for those reading on the mobile version of the site. Do not alter these to "notice" until this bug is considered resolved, thanks!
