Boatbug was the skipper working for the Malatius and Grock Company on the barge which ran between Foam and Novigrad.[1]
History[]
In 1261, he began work on the barge, until 1266, when the barge had been attacked by an aeschna, and so the company hired Geralt of Rivia to defend it. Boatbug and Geralt completed six successful journeys, until one day on the seventh, when fake Temerian "guards" stopped the barge on the banks of Oxenfurt, looking for Ciri and Geralt on the orders of Rience.
After the guards captured the young boy Everett, in an attempt to convince Geralt to surrender, two aeschnae attacked the Temerians, and gave the occupants of the barge time to escape towards Novigrad.[1]
