Beau Berrant was the mayor of Rinde.

Housing Yennefer[]
Beau arrested Yennefer after discovering that she had opened up shop in Rinde, but was refusing to pay what was due to the kingdom. At some point after, she used magic to take control of Beau and used his home as her own private residence. Geralt and Jaskier broke into the mayor's house to find him under some kind of trance.[1] Yennefer implies that he is interested in men.
