This unnamed armorer will appear once the Tulasens Caves have been liberated from the Hanse bandits led by Loth. He can craft items, and may comment on Loth supposedly being a halfbreed.
The armorer sells an extensive collection of armor, glyphs and crafting items, and his pouch of gold is filled to the brim.
