Abigail is a boszorkány who lives in the Külváros of Vizima. She is not well liked by the villagers of the Outskirts and gets blamed if anything bad or strange happens. Her main skill is Alkímia, and even though the villagers approach her with suspicion, they also rely on her for potions and poisons, which she provides, often without asking any questions or bothering with any moral objections.
In the course of Act I, Abigail takes in the orphaned Alvin after Geralt saves him from the bargesztek as Shani cannot care for him from an Fogadó. She also facilitates a trance where the boy reveals more about Bestie and its minions who are plaguing the village.
Geralt can buy a rejtély olaj from her that makes it easier to battle spectres and ghosts. In fact, she buys and sells quite a few things:
- the aforementioned Kísértetelleni Olaj
- some növényekben
- some ásványokban, in particular Foszfor, the only source of Vermilion in Act I
- some zsír (medvezsír)
- bomb making ingredients

- an anti-drowner talisman (she'll buy these as well as the pouch of salt)

Abigail is secretly a member of the Cult of the Lionhead Spider: this is revealed when Geralt chooses to leave her fate to the villagers. She curses Geralt in the name of Coram Agh Ter. Whether this means she's also responsible for the misdeeds of the other villagers is unclear - possibly, she had something to do with influencing the merchant to kill his brother as she has a suspicious doll of his likeness in her hut.
