Logitech announced today that it’s launching a new tool called Logi AI Prompt Builder, which incorporates ChatGPT into the Logi Options+ app. This allows users to more readily access ChatGPT’s AI functions as part of their workflow. In addition, Logitech is launching a new mouse: The Signature AI Edition Mouse, which has its own AI prompt button.
Users who have access to the Logi Options+ app via their keyboard or mouse can access the Logi AI Prompt Builder via its menu. They can also assign it a keyboard key. It automatically captures any highlighted text and offers pre-made prompts. Users can also create their own prompts and enter any additional text in the Builder software, as well as customize the response.
The Signature AI Edition mouse appears very similar to the Signature M650 mouse, with the addition of the dedicated AI button below the scroll wheel. It launches this month on Logitech’s website for $49.99, slightly more than the M650. It’s one of several new Logitech products with AI-powered enhancements, including the MX Brio webcam and the Zone 2 Wireless headset.
