Hawke Media acquires gaming & entertainment agency Lemonade

Hawke Media has acquired entertainment agency Lemonade to strengthen its production capabilities. Lemonade’s expertise in branded entertainment, gaming and blockchain activations will elevate Hawke Media’s performance marketing services.

Lemonade is known for its narrative-driven campaigns across marketing channels and platforms. Since 2018, the firm clients include Disney, Free Fire, Square Enix, Meta, TikTok, Dior and more.

Hawke Media has made at least 10 of high-profile acquisitions since 2018. The company’s valuation now exceeds $150 million, and its clients include Verizon, Barstool Sports, Funko and more. Additionally, Hawke plans to retain Lemonade’s existing staff during the acquisition.
