“Paul has been my colleague, manager but in particular Fellow during 9 years at F-Secure. In this time I have learned a lot from Paul but also have been able to mentor Paul at certain times. This made us a great team. First I worked side by side with Paul, later Paul became my manager and gave me the opportunity to take over his position. In a later stage Paul developed himself to one of the key leaders in F-Secure Partner Business and became my manager again in his SVP Partner Business position. This brought us together again which was a great joy to me. Paul is a hard working man on the front. Always interested in both people and business; keeping the two in balance is a great skill which motivates people hence people in F-Secure are willing to go through the fire for Paul. Paul and I improved each other in different situations like management, finance, negotiations which I am very grateful for. I would like to thank Paul for the great years together at F-Secure and I am jealous to the company who hired him now or in the future as working with Paul is great.”
