A website listing over 250 use cases for AI across different industries using a variety of AI technologies. Check it out at https://UseCasesFor.ai

  • Combining Generative AI and Mixed Reality

    - Present

I experimented with combining Generative AI and Mixed Reality and explained the approach in the 2023 Global XR Conference

The talk can be seen here:

  • Data Visualisation in Mixed Reality

    - Present

I experimented with data visualisation, analysis and interaction in mixed reality. I believe this has great benefits for storytelling, understanding and exploring data.

The video describing the approach can be seen here:

  • GenerativeAI.tours - Generative AI (OpenAI API) Example

In order to learn and share the Generative AI capabilities of the Open AI API - I created a web app called GenerativeAI.tours (domain owned - but never put live) which demonstrates how to dynamically craft a prompt, send the prompt to the API then parse and display the API response.

This project was actually a finalist in the Worldwide AI Hackathon in the Generative AI category.

I gave this talk to various user groups and you can see a video of me walking through the project…

  • IsChristmasTree.com - Machine Learning Image Classification

I created a festive themed example of how to train an image classification model. This was done in the cloud using CustomVision.ai, then call the endoint from another website I created which is hosted at IsChristmasTree.com

  • GoodBusinessBooks.com

I created this website to share many of the great books that I have read (and more) on the subject of business, personal development, learning, leadership and strategy.

  • GoodyOrBaddy.com - Machine Learning Image Classification

I experimented with creating an image classification model using ML.NET that can determine whether an image of a cartoon character is likely to be a good or bad. I did this to learn the technology, and share my learnings with others and explain how they can get started with it.

The model was trained locally using ML.NET after which was uploaded and hosted in an Azure Function with the website GoodyOrBaddy.com later created to call the endpoint.

  • Creating a Driving Simulation of Self Learning Learning Agents

I demonstrated how learning agents can be used to solve unknown problems using re-enforcement learning being passed to subsequent generations of learning agents and explained what neural networks and learning agents were and how they worked.

I have this talk to some user groups that can be seen here:
