His talent and eye for animation was a breath of fresh air as was Jim's enthusiasm and professionalism. It was no surprise that Jim rose to the role of Senior and then Lead very early on. Jim possesses fantastic social and communication skills which makes him the ideal lead. Everyone listens to him and everyone wants to work with him.
