    With all entrants automatically eligible to win this category, the judges are looking for evidence of all-round excellent within candidate delivery, client service, innovation, employer branding, marketing, business strategy and, of course, increased revenue production. In the end the decision was between three companies, all of whom featured during the judging process. Sphere Digital Recruitment were the “stand-out” agency in all of these areas in 2016.
