You need to keep track of your team’s hours. How can you make it easy for everyone?
The best way to choose the right time tracking software is to first identify what is the rationale for tracking time, is it for the team to simply enhance productivity or to bill clients or simply for record keeping purposes. In my current role we use clickup an AI software that helps us track and manage time effectively both for enhancing our own productivity but at the same time for record keeping purposes.
