For the latest evolution of the Wu-Tang Clan saga, we gave the band’s official site a bold new look 💥 A fusion of traditional landscape Shan Shui Chinese paintings with gritty, urban influence, we created ‘SHAOLIN SHUI’, a custom art direction style to inform the band’s new visual identity. Reimagining serene, minimalist landscape as famous New York City iconography, we weaved in visual motifs synonymous with the band through painterly brushstroke animations which seamlessly bleed into each distinct section 🎨 Forever part of internet culture, the Wu-Tang name generator was levelled up to enable fans to create their Wu-Name based on their Spotify listening habits. Each unique Wu-Name could then be used to personalise digital trading cards & official band merchandise, available to purchase directly through a Shopify integration, providing a seamless consumer journey from start to finish 👕 Wu-Tang Forever! Oh we do like to be beside the seaside ����️ We had an incredible couple of days by the seaside at Dreamlands Margate for the UK Creative Festival. 🌊 It’s been great to see our work displayed in the festival, meet others in this vibrant community of creatives & attend inspiring talks on tech innovation, OOH, VFX & digital storytelling 💡 We also have the pleasure of announcing our Junior 3D Artist Georgia picked up a bespoke Henry Holland trophy as Most Promising Creative Individual Finalist at the Creative Circle Awards, whilst our Evil AI photobooth was awarded bronze for Best Use of AI to Generate an Image!
