In that time we have completed over 2,500 projects in UK, Europe, the Americas, East Europe, Asia and the Far East, ranging from small customer satisfaction surveys in the UK through to 30-country international trackers. We conduct both quantitative (CATI) and qualitative (TDI) projects. Today we have one of the largest single-site dedicated CATI centres in the world, based in Glasgow, UK, covering over 40 languages.
