It's Mental Health Awareness Week! 🧠 We were visited by Nintendo Life yesterday who joined us on one of our monthly "Let's Chat" walks. Naturally, we followed it up with a curry in the evening with a bunch of folks from the studio! Let's Chat is a funky little initiative introduced by Head of People Frances Williams. We have two per month to ensure opportunity for all to attend, even if they're not in the studio often. We put time aside for Let's Chat so that people can join without worrying about deadlines etc and it works really well, we always get a good turnout! Whether it's a chat about what we're working on, what games we've been playing, what's going on in our lives, it's a great chance to chat to folks who we might not interact with on a daily basis and builds a wider studio bond. And because we insist on a route that goes uphill on the way back, it's a great exercise for the legs as well as the brain!
