    Without a doubt, one of the proudest achievements of our leadership team at MEDDICC is the assembly of our brilliant team of MEDIs in the Philippines. Our Philippines team are part of three departments: 👷♂️ Product: Our engineering team consists of full-stack developers James, John, and Zion; designer Jonathan; and QA specialist Rob. 👩🎨 Media: Featuring graphic design by Sarah and video editing by Jo. 🧑🚀 OOG (Office of GSD): Operations by operations manager MJ. When we were building the team, it was clear we had found a group of exceptionally skilled professionals. However, what truly exceeded our expectations was the significant contribution they made to our team culture at MEDDICC. Their positivity is only surpassed by their exceptional professionalism. Much of our success in assembling such an outstanding team in the Philippines can be attributed to our CTO, Scott. This was his third time building a team in the Philippines. Thus, when we organized an off-site event for the Philippine team near Manila, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to surprise the team by sending Scott along. And, true to his nature, he captured the moment of surprise on video.
