    🤔 The strange thing about Citadel… 🤔 If only 39% of Citadel's staff are in investment advisory roles, then what does everyone else do? With more companies making redundancies in their technology divisions over the past couple of years, Citadel has taken a different approach… They continue to invest heavily in their tech 📈 . Citadel isn't your typical multi-strategy hedge fund. With only 39% of employees in investment advisory roles, a significant portion of their workforce is dedicated to tech and centralised risk management roles. Plus, it seems to be working out for them as they have an average AUM per advisor almost double that of Millennium, standing at a whopping $56M 💰 . But they’re not alone. Bridgewater Associates has the lowest proportion of investment staff, with 80% of its 1,200 employees in non-investment roles.
