Exciting times at Gamebridge this past Saturday, 🎮 where we joined forces to support the game development community! Our event, primarily a student showcase flanked by industry talks and a panel discussion, concluded with an award ceremony celebrating exceptional student projects. A huge thank you to the dedicated Airship team members who traveled across the country to represent us. Special thanks to Tyler, Helen, Declan, Nick, and Pete, along with Tyler Hartshorne, Matt Tonks, Braden, and Tristan, who contributed their expertise as judges. Airship proudly sponsored two awards—3D Character Art and 3D Environment Art We're thrilled to report a 35% increase in attendance from last year, with roughly 300 participants, including 65 industry professionals. The day was packed with portfolio reviews, ad hoc discussions, and enlightening talks, including Pete’s popular session on art lessons learned. Highlights included Helen’s participation in a panel on resilience in the face of industry challenges, offering invaluable insights from the talent/ops perspective.
