Justin Chambers (Grey’s Anatomy), Danny Pino (Law & Order: SVU) and Taylor Schilling (Orange Is the New Black) are among the latest guest stars lined up for Season 2 of the Fox anthology Accused, which will premiere this fall (airing Tuesdays at 8/7c).

The trio join a Season 2 guest star lineup that already boasts William H. Macy (Shameless), Felicity Huffman (Desperate Housewives), Masked Singer host Nick Cannon and Season 1 returnee Michael Chiklis.

Per our sister site Deadline, Chambers, Pino and Schilling will all appear in the episode “April’s Story,” in which a nurse (Schilling) commits a crime that changes the trajectory of her life.

Surveying the possibilities for Season 2 when speaking with TVLine over a year ago, Accused creator/showrunner Howard Gordon said “to expect ‘more of the same,’ but we’re going to push it a bit this year. We’re going to try to push the format in ways.

“And this is not hard and fast, but we’re exploring that maybe not all episodes take place in the present,” he teased. “Some may take place in the past. Some may take place in the future, even.”

Gordon even offered, “I’m considering doing a second part to the Malcolm-Jamal Warner [episode from Season 1], but also considering another episode that may be big enough to accommodate a two-parter. I think as we build these things the format is pretty elastic and who knows where we’ll go.”
