We have been using Impulse for several years and have not run into limitations except those caused by Shopify. I can usually get my questions answered fairly quickly through the support form on the website.

The theme use to be great. Update 7.4.1 works great and they updated to 7.5.0 and everything is ruined. I hope they go back to 7.4.1 ASAP

We are using Impulse Bold for our business, selling gear and teaching people to be safe on residential roofs. We needed video, pictures, text (including technical manuals and other documents), and much more. I am shocked that we have not had to code. Our website looks fantastic and the people at Archetype are helpful and quick to respond.

Overpriced theme. Lacks lot of E-Commerce required functionalities especially for large inventory stores. Will have to install quite a few additional apps to fill the gap which in turn results in poor speeds.
