Experimentation Manager (CRO)

Once upon a time, our Conversion Rate Optimization team did such a good job optimizing our web that they started to play and experiment with our products and features. Now they’re nicknamed the Experimentation team, and they dedicate their time to finding how any new feature could improve our user experience.

This team is filled with curious, detail-oriented puzzle builders who love to observe and learn from various data. Their goal is to create a culture of experimentation throughout the company so that all employees understand the value and benefits of experimenting. And now they are looking for a new pair of hands and brains to help them outsmart the competition!

If you want to:

  • Take leadership of experimentation across various team projects;
  • Actively seek ways to test different strategies by analyzing data and deep-diving into consumer needs and channel preferences;
  • Fully own the process of testing new strategies and delivering valuable insights afterward;
  • Work with designers and copywriters to build persuasive content;
  • Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement and measure the impact of changes;
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Report on experiment performance to stakeholders;
  • Keep an eye out for any innovations in the industry.

  • And you can check off:

  • Experience in project management, product ownership, or similar position;
  • Hands-on experience in optimizing websites or products, performing and evaluating A/B and usability tests;
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and other experimentation techniques;
  • Proficiency in web analytics;
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Solid background in raising and prioritizing hypotheses;
  • Ability to set clear goals and KPIs;
  • Strong data interpretation skills and ability to plan your actions based on data;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
