If you want to:

  • Be responsible for the overall security posture of the organization;
  • Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect company physical and digital assets;
  • Foster a culture of physical and cybersecurity awareness that drives behavioral changes within the company;
  • Review and update existing security roadmap and security measures;
  • Oversee the daily operations to identify potential security risks and room for improvements;
  • Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, including setting objectives and evaluating performance.

    • And you can check off:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT security or risk management roles;
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role;
  • Strong understanding of information technology and cybersecurity, including knowledge of security threats, risk management, security protocols, and incident response;
  • Understanding how security operations align with the business objectives and goals;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage technical teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
  • Working knowledge of physical and technical security systems and tools;
  • Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends and technologies.
